Whew!! What a wonderful Christmas and Holiday season! So many wonderful things happened and I feel more blessed than ever. I gained a new sister as my brother in law ( or Uncle Hero as he’s known to all our fam) proposed, we had too much food and wine, got to enjoy watching our girls really fall in LOVE with the Christmas season and I rested… a lot! 2016 had brought so much to our family – changes both good and bad and newfound goals and dreams. The last few months of 2016 had Coach and I running in forty thousand different directions and we felt exhausted. Working constantly, we knew we needed to soak in some time together, time as a family and for ourselves. You might have noticed that my sweet little blog had slooowwweeddd down quite a bit in posts and promotions and it was needed to reconnect, rekindle and remind myself how blessed we are.
Now, since you didn’t see any posts on my blog or social media – don’t think that I wasn’t churning out some writing here and there (wink wink). That being said I have TWO super special FEATURED ARTICLES in …. Drumroll Please………………..
Parents and Kids Magazine!
You can catch my articles both online and throughout Mississippi in their print edition! I’ll also be a regular contributor throughout the year so check out my writing by picking up a copy of the magazine or checking out Parents & Kids Magazine HERE! These guys are absolutely the bomb.com and you’ll find E.V.E.R.Y.THING in the magazine to be a parent’s first hand guide to any and everything kid related!
Thank you so much again for your continued reading, love and support. Your shares through social media have been amazing. I am just overcome with joy to write and share this passion of writing and connecting to people through written words.
( P.S. My incredible Editor, Kara Bachman’s Kissing The Crisis is a hysterical and totally relatable parenting book that is publishing in the next month! Reading it leaves me constantly in stitches and I wake my husband in the middle of the night – dying in laughter. Get ready for her work, it’s amazing! Plus I’ll be linking to her book tour and my personal book review in the next few posts! )
